I would love to see a "start your day" series of 30 mins or so with Michele. :) Something to get moving and focused for the day. :)

I can't wait to get back more in person, but in the meantime, these recordings are so helpful and so well done! Congrats on this amazing adapation to the times. With everything going on, I have been exploring meditation more and would love to see more of these guided videos.

More 45 min classes would be great for mornings before work!
