Michele does around a half hour of an invigorating flow with Warrior 2’s to prime the hips for an opening practice. The second half of the class is then hip openers, pigeons, and forward folds to ready the legs and pelvis for the peak pose of Full Lotus.
This is an amazing practice to keep the legs balanced in strength and flexibility, as well as to release tightness in the back and hips.
