This classic 60-minute vinyasa flow invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect. We’ll begin in a grounding Child’s Pose, centering ourselves and channeling the supportive energy of the universe. After gentle core work to connect to your center, we’ll move through a classic flow with plenty of Downward Dogs and grounding postures to stabilize and strengthen. We’ll close with an invigorating Shoulder Stand to reset your energy, followed by a comforting Savasana to help integrate and process the practice. Take your time, listen to your body, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
